William is Head of Ingredient Sourcing, Processing and Export Preparation at Plant for Peace. An avid member of the Plant for Peace team, William has spent time in Afghanistan helping develop Pomegranate Leaf preparation methods and strengthening the Mulberry supply chain of the Mulberries used in the Plant for Peace fruit bar range.
